I have a tire pictured. The tires are in excellent condition. The wheels are double knurled S-2 with 26 x 2. Heavy duty gauge spokes. Desirable Atom drum rear brakes. Many of these Schwinn Cruisers had rear caliper brakes. The rear drum brakes add significantly to the value. The bicycles were covered with dirt and dust from sitting in a garage for 32 years.
I carefully detailed them. There was no rust or even peppering on the chrome. There was no tar road oil or sand. The inside of the chain guards were spotless. The paint and chrome shine like new. The cad finish on the bolts is good. The graphics are faultless.
The paint is not scratched. There are a couple of tiny nicks. The bicycle with. I offer a vintage Schwinn Twinn Deluxe tandem bicycle. This bike features 5 speeds.
