The spacers are screwed into the frame and the glass is over the screw heads, so no way to unscrew. The clips are then tucked under the spacers. I'm not sure, if the clip is screw in or not. I have attached a picture below. Can someone help on how to remove these clips? There are 2 at the bottom side and one on top. If I could remove just the top one, the glass will come out.

Go around the window with the razor blade inserting the blade between the wood and the glazing putty. If the putty is old it should be cracking away from the wood and can be picked or snapped off.
The two things that you need to look for are Glazer points small bumps of putty stuck to the wood Try to locate the points there should be at least one per side but there could be as many as three or more. See picture for the different types of points you my find.
